Eligibility

One person per household and/or couple that attends the Wedding Wishes Expo March 8, 2025,  is eligible to win, but multiple can enter. The entry form must be filled out completely including address as certain items are required for booking and/or shipping the prizes.

Bonus Entries

Additional opportunities to enter the contest will be offered to attendees of the Wedding Wishes Expo on March 8, 2025. Attendees of the expo that visit the Creating Magic Vacations with Elle booth will receive a single entry into the contest. Additional opportunities for bonus entries will be offered to those attendees as described at the EXPO and are described below:

EXPO DAY- PLUS IT UP (do any of the following and show Elle, let’s PLUS UP your entries)

• Take a photo at our booth and post to Instagram (=1 Bonus Entry)

• Take a photo at our booth and post to Facebook (=1 Bonus Entry)

• Download my DOT info (=1 Bonus Entry)

• Follow me on Social Media (= 1 Bonus Entry)

PLUS IT UP: your entries from Expo day will be rolled over into the BIG Drawing and Doubled (if you completed 1 Entry, your rollover will be 2, if you completed 2 Entries, your rollover will be 4, etc).

AFTER EXPO DAY- PLUS IT UP AGAIN (do any of the following, let’s PLUS UP your entries again)

• Have a Vacation Visionary Call with me before May 25 (= 10 entries)

• Refer a Friend to me, they must contact me and have a Vacation Visionary Call with me before May 25 (= 10 entries)

• Refer a Friend to me that books any vacation with me by May 25 (=15 entries)

• Book Any Vacation with Me by May 25 (= 20 entries)

Notification

A single winner will be notified by email and must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond to the email will result in forfeiture of the prize and a new winner will be drawn and notified. This process will be repeated until a winner is determined, or the list of entrants has been exhausted.

Fine Print

• To qualify for the POST EXPO DRAWING, You Must Have Filled Out the In-Person Entry Form COMPLETELY at the Expo. The In-Person Entry Form MUST BE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY to win.

• The winner will only be notified by email and must confirm within 48 hours or another contestant will be selected. KEEP AN EYE OUT!

• All prizes are guaranteed by Elle Boomfield, an independent contractor of Creating Magic Vacations.

• One week from the date of the Expo, entrants will receive an email confirming the number of their entries being added to the ticket spinner. Any time the entrant plusses up their entries they will receive an email confirming their total number of entries to date and ticket numbers being added to the ticket spinner on the entrant’s behalf.

• By entering this contest, you agree for your name to be featured on our social media channels, receive promotional emails, newsletters, and otherwise be contacted by Elle Boomfield.

• Winner must be 18 or older, resident of United States, and willing to provide mailing address, telephone number, and email address in order to obtain the prize pack. Winner cannot be part of Ryan Joy’s immediate family or work in the vacation industry (travel agents, employees of travel agents, vendors, etc). In order for an entry to be valid, a real email address belonging to the entrant must be provided. Only one person per household may enter.

• Entering the contest this month does not prevent you from entering and winning future contests sponsored by Elle Boomfield or Creating Magic Vacations.

• Elle Boomfield reserves the right to extend or cancel the contests in case of force majeure that prevents finalizing the giveaway. As the organizer, Elle Boomfield and Creating Magic Vacations are not responsible for winners’ misuse of the prizes or failure to comply with the terms and conditions.
